What Kanvan is
Kanvan is a personal, invite-only kanban run by the Kanvan administrator as a hobby project. An account is created only for an email address on the allow-list. By signing in you agree to these terms.
Provided as is
Kanvan is provided as is, without any warranty of availability, accuracy or fitness for a purpose. It may change, go offline or be shut down at any time, with or without notice. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
Your content
You own what you put into Kanvan: your cards, notes, images and everything else. You grant only the licence needed to store it, back it up, and show it to you and to the members of the boards you put it on. Nothing is used for any other purpose.
Acceptable use
- Only store content that is lawful for you to hold and share.
- Do not harass, impersonate or otherwise abuse other members.
- Do not try to reach boards you are not a member of, or to work around the access checks in any other way.
Accounts
An account may be suspended or removed for abuse of these terms. You can also ask for your account and all its data to be deleted at any time. Write to support@seastian.com.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the Kanvan administrator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Kanvan or from its unavailability, including lost data.
Changes and contact
If these terms change, the new version appears on this page with a new effective date. Questions about them are welcome. Write to support@seastian.com.
